Your heart rules your brain!

Here’s a short clip of Rollin McCraty from the Institute of HeartMath talking about the relationship between the heart and the brain. Did you know that the heart sends far more information to the brain than the other way round? Researchers at the Institute now believe that the heart contains a brain of its own.
